Purified Water Production System
1. OSMOSTAR
The OMSOSTAR series adopt the RO & EDI technologies for the production of the purified water. The system which feature are compact, easy-to-use system controller, modular design and short installation times, includes the following components:
- Raw-water pretreatment equipment ¡ª the suspended particles and organic substances removal to comply with the standard of the feeding water
- Automatic regeneration water softener in series ¡ª Deduction of the Ca and Mg levels
- Fine-filter ¡ª the suspended particles of over 5um removal
- Reverse Osmosis System ¡ª Most of the salt, TOC and SiO removal
- EDI modules ¡ª extreme reduction of the CO2, CI and SiO levels
- Integration control system and monitoring system ¡ª fully automatic execution and monitor on-line

2. LOOPTEC series Purified Water Distribution System
The LOOPTEC system is a compact purified water distribution system for the distribution, disinfection and monitoring of PW in accordance with the EP and USP.
The pure water to be disinfected flows through the ozone generation cell via a bypass line and is returned to the loop via the return line. When the water flows through the ozone generation cell it absorbs ozone. The ozone with a concentration of 15 to 25 ppb provides systematic protection for the tank system. The UV-unit if installed to destroy the ozone before the sterilized purified water flows into the main loop. This can reduce its concentration to below the detectable level. The whole system which is used for production, distribution, sterilization and monitoring of the purified water, is composed of OSMOSTAR purified water equipment and LOOPTEC purified water distribution equipment. Otherwise, the customers can select hot-water sanitization of the whole loop and tank between 80 to 85¡æ.
