AUSTAR’s In-line Conditioning System is a buffer management system that prepares buffers by diluting single-component, highly concentrated stock solutions of salt, acid, and base with water using in-line conditioning technology according to clients demands. It utilizes dynamic control of different modes of feedback control to ensure formulation accuracy.

This technology uses a small amount of stock solutions to prepare a variety of different buffers, which saves time, investment cost, resources and space for clients. In order to achieve accurate formulation, the ILC system monitors the flow rate, pH and conductivity through sensors, and uses the algebraic formula with AUSTAR's proprietary technology to accurately calculate the buffer composition, and realizes feedback control of the final buffer to ensure its stable concentration and pH.
